By Public Transportation:
Guidelines for traveling to the Xinhang Campus of Guangdong Industry Polytechnic are as follows:
1. From Guangzhou Railway Station or Guangzhou South Railway Station:
Take Metro Line 2 to Changgang Station, transfer to Metro Line 8, and exit at Sun Yat-sen University Station (Exit D). Then take bus No. 53, 264, or B9 to Sun Yat-sen University Stop.
2. From Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport:
Take Metro Line 3 to Kecun Station, transfer to Metro Line 8, and exit at Sun Yat-sen University Station (Exit D). Then take bus No. 53, 264, or B9 to Sun Yat-sen University Stop.

Traffic Restriction Notice in Guangzhou

The Guangzhou Municipal Government has implemented temporary traffic control measures. Participants driving to the conference are kindly reminded to note the following details:

Restriction Period:
November 6-20, 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. daily (On November 9, the restriction will be extended until 12:00 midnight.)

Traffic Control Rules
Guangzhou-registered private cars (license plate prefix "Guangzhou A") are subject to odd-even license plate restrictions:
1. Odd-numbered plates: Permitted on odd-numbered dates (7, 9, 11, 13, 15, 17, 19)
2. Even-numbered plates: Permitted on even-numbered dates (6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20)
3. Non-Guangzhou-registered vehicles (non-Guangzhou A) are prohibited from entering the restricted area, except for taxis and ride-hailing vehicles.

Restricted Area
The restrictions apply to the following key roads and all roads within the enclosed area formed by them:
1. Daguang Road (section from Guangshan Road to Hejing Road, exclusive)
2. Shenhail Expressway Guangzhou Branch (section from Huangcun Interchange to Huocun Interchange, exclusive)
3. Guangzhou Ring Expressway (section from Huocun Interchange to Huangpu Bridge, exclusive)
4. Pearl River waterways bounded by Huangpu Bridge, Dongpu Bridge, Xinhua Expressway, Luntou Tunnel, Nansha Port Expressway, Panyu Bridge, Xinguang Bridge, Luoxi Bridge, Yajisha Bridge, Hedong Bridge, Zhoutouzui Tunnel, Zhujiang Tunnel, Zhujiang Bridge, Jinshazhou Bridge, and Guanghe Bridge-covering areas such as the north side of Changzhou Island, Bio-Island North, northern Panyu District, western Haizhu and Baiyun Districts, Datansha, and eastern Jinshazhou.
5. Yagang Avenue (exclusive)
6. Guangfozhao Expressway (sections from Chaoyang Interchange to PingSha Interchange, exclusive, and from PingSha Interchange to Chungang Interchange)
7. South China Expressway (section from Longdong Station to Chungang Interchange)
8. Guangshan Road (section from Longdong Station on South China Expressway to Daguang Road)
The enclosed area also includes the following sections:
Shenhai Expressway Guangzhou Branch (North Ring section from Guangqing Interchange to Huangcun Interchange), South China Expressway (from Chungang Interchange to Tuhua Interchange), Guangfozhao Expressway (from PingSha Interchange to Chungang Interchange), and Airport Expressway (south of PingSha Interchange).
Other expressways and city ring express routes (East, South, and West) are not included in the restricted area.
